To all Jean Jacques MOREAU's friends:

From 17 to 19 November 2003, the "Laboratoire de Mécanique et Génie Civil" in Montpellier (France) is organizing an international colloquium in honour of the 80th birthday of Jean Jacques MOREAU, Emeritus Professor in the laboratory.

The colloquium will be devoted to the presentation of recent works in the fields where the contribution of Jean Jacques MOREAU was original and significant :

• convex and nonsmooth analysis,
• nonsmooth solid and fluid mechanics,
• multibody dynamics,
• non smooth sciences.
  

It will comprise five corresponding sessions with, for each one, a keynoter and five or six invited speakers, all renowned.

All Jean Jacques MOREAU's friends, interested by themes of the colloquium, are warmly urged to participate and, thus, to show their friendly feelings for him.
